Brush Up
Our flagship annual volunteer and fundraising event, Brush Up unites hundreds of community members to paint and revitalize the homes of our lower income older adults and immigrant and refugee neighbors. This two-day event boosts curb appeal, elevates neighborhood pride and helps homeowners thrive.
Warm the Metro
Every winter, Warm the Metro focuses on providing furnace servicing and repairs for low-income homeowners across the Omaha area. In partnership with the Heating and Cooling Contractors Association (HACCA), this program ensures that our neighbors, especially older adults, have safe, functioning heating systems to stay safe and warm during Nebraska’s harsh winters.
