Warm the Metro, our annual winter initiative, ensures our neighbors stay safe and warm by providing critical furnace service and repairs for low- to moderate-income homeowners throughout the Omaha metro. Nebraska winters can be severe and for susceptible neighbors, a malfunctioning furnace can pose significant health and safety risks. Many homeowners on fixed incomes or experiencing economic hardships struggle with furnace repairs which can lead to serious consequences, such as illness or displacement during the winter months.
Eligibility
Current Home Preservation clients are eligible for Warm the Metro. Those who qualify will be contacted by our team. To see if you qualify, please contact our office to get started.
