HomeWoven Receives $10,000 Grant from the CL Werner Foundation to Support Aging in Place Services

A joyful group of six diverse seniors stands closely with arms around each other, smiling amidst lush greenery and sunlight filtering through trees.

We are proud to share that HomeWoven has been awarded a generous $10,000 grant from the CL Werner Foundation in support of our Aging in Place Services. This crucial funding will help us continue to provide no-cost home repairs and safety modifications for low-income older adults, empowering them to live independently, safely and comfortably in their own homes.

We extend our deepest thanks to the Board of the CL Werner Foundation for this generous investment and for placing their trust in our mission. Their commitment to strengthening local communities and supporting older adults comes at a critical time, as the need for accessible and affordable home repair services continues to rise.

Our Aging in Place Services addresses urgent issues—such as mobility barriers, fall hazards, and unsafe living conditions—by delivering essential repairs like grab bar installations, accessibility ramps and HVAC updates, all at no cost to the homeowner. With the support of the CL Werner Foundation, we can reach more households, reduce health and safety risks, and preserve housing stability for some of our most vulnerable neighbors.

We are truly grateful for this new partnership with the CL Werner Foundation and for their belief in the power of home. Together, we create safer spaces and stronger communities—one home at a time.
