We are proud to share that HomeWoven has been awarded a generous $10,000 grant from the CL Werner Foundation in support of our Aging in Place Services. This crucial funding will help us continue to provide no-cost home repairs and safety modifications for low-income older adults, empowering them to live independently, safely and comfortably in their own homes.
